Exchanges and Returns

All of Jewellers Mark items are handmade using the most exceptional quality materials. If for some reason you would like to make a return we are here to help. Please email [email protected] or call 03-95577336 for your return authorization and instructions for the items you wish to return.

14-Day RETURNS

If you are unhappy about an item purchased from us, we will gladly offer an exchange or credit to the value of the piece(s) within 14 days of the purchase date. To receive an exchange, goods must be in original condition with no damage, scratches or signs of wear. All packaging and certificates must be returned and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Store credits must be redeemed within 3 months from date of original purchase and can only redeemed instore.

Store credits and gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash unless stated otherwise. Store credits and gift certificate can only be used off the RRP.  No further discount will apply.

You will be responsible for any shipping on change of mind exchanges.

Made to order or pre order items:

No exchange or refund is available on any custom or special order items.

Minimum cancellation charge for a custom or special order is 50% of the sale price of the items purchased.
